Agreement to Terms

Our Services

We provide professional concrete services in Gilroy, CA and surrounding areas. This includes driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, and other concrete work. We will give you a written estimate before starting any project, and we will stick to that estimate unless you approve additional work.

Every project is different, so your specific job details will be outlined in your service agreement or contract. That document will include the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms for your project.

Estimates and Quotes

Our estimates are good for 30 days from the date we provide them. Material costs and scheduling can change, so we encourage you to book your project within that window. If circumstances change or you request modifications to the original plan, we will provide an updated estimate for your approval.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit to schedule your project and secure materials, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards.

Final payment is due when the work is finished and you have approved the completed project. If you see any issues, let us know before making final payment so we can address them right away.

Project Timeline

We will provide an estimated timeline for your project, but keep in mind that weather, material delivery, and other factors beyond our control can affect the schedule. We will keep you updated if any delays occur and will work to complete your project as quickly as possible without cutting corners on quality.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that we can safely complete the job. This includes moving vehicles, outdoor furniture, or other items that might be in the way. You should also mark the locations of any underground utilities before we start digging or excavating.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Last minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee to cover our scheduling and material costs.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. Your specific warranty terms will be outlined in your project contract. Generally, we guarantee our workmanship against defects for one year from project completion. This warranty covers issues related to installation and construction, but does not cover damage caused by ground movement, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

Concrete naturally develops small hairline cracks over time. These are normal and typically do not affect the structural integrity of your concrete. We will explain proper maintenance and care instructions when your project is complete.

Limitation of Liability

We carry proper insurance and licensing for all concrete work we perform. Our liability is limited to the cost of your project. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages that might occur during or after the work is completed.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services means you accept any changes to these terms.
